Pentwater Farmers' Market Update June 28,The Cheese Lady from Muskegon will have her debut for this year's market, Monday's only. July 1, 11am-1pm, Linda Stone, a retired school teacher, will have a special Fourth of July craft to make with the children. Many Mondays, Jim Pikaart (fiddle) and Frank Banko (accordian) will be playing at the top of the Village Green stairs. Asparagus and rhubarb are winding down but strawberries, zucchini, carrots, snap peas, and local (greenhouse) tomatoes are now available. Sweet cherries, raspberries and more coming soon! As always, there will be pieroges, pasties, eggs, meats, jams, jellies, honey, greens, baked goods, flowers/plants, and hand woven market baskets. Market days are Mondays and Thursdays from 10am to 2pm on the Village Green through September. See you at the Market!
